The picture shows a page from Romanzen von Mauren und Christen und einem langen Krieg (“Ballads of Moors and Christians and a long war”), published by Hans-Joachim Burgert in 1979. The book is the first in-use example of Burgert Animata, a photographic typeface developed by Burgert.
